Triangle Ten Planning Services is a limited company based in London. Formed in 2011 the company specialises in providing planning advice and services at a range of locations across the country, and for a range of people and organisations. This advice is not restricted to any particular sector and includes residential, office, retail and industrial development in both urban and rural locations.

Advice can be given if you are seeking planning permission, or have had your application refused and are considering a planning appeal, or if you are opposing a development.

Triangle Ten Planning Services can advise on all stages of the development process from the initial formation of an idea right through to securing planning permission and the final details which the local planning authority ask to see, or subsequent amendments during construction. If the local planning authority have refused your planning application then this may require the submission of an appeal, formulating a strategy for this is a particular area of expertise. Alternatively where there is concern about a proposal being put forward by another party assistance can be given to devise a strategy to oppose it.

The aim is to provide a personal level of service, reflecting how important any development is to you. Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), the organisation which regulates town planners in the UK, demonstrates a high level of competence in accordance with their strict Code of Professional Conduct.
